Improving Bollywood....

It seems Bollywood is improving... New ideas are coming up and people are ready to put money for these different type of films... specially this year we saw diverse scripts and a lot of them were very well made... Amu, Page3, black, iqbal, sarkar, and now "maine gandhi ko nahi maara" are kind of movies which believe in narrating a story without or with very few distracting elements, for example songs... commercial success of such kind of movies will encourage producers and directors to keep experimenting with scripts.... on the other hand main stream movies (or if this term remind you the division of 70s and 80s let me simply call it 'typical hindi movie') like Parinita, Waqt, D, Bunty aur Babli, Yahan are also worth watching.... on the historical front two movies mangal pandey and Bose were pretty good... and one more historical movie which is historical in two sense. First that the script is based on an event of history and second is that the movie itself belongs to 60s. Yes, I am talking about the 60s epic "Mugal-e-Azam"... I think this is a good beginning and if it clicks we will review the old epics with new colourful touch...

Its hard to find in recent history where we can talk about so many good films in a single year... get going bollywood... I hope this is just a beginning
